Advanced Purchasing analyzes material shortages and automatically creates all the purchase orders needed to replenish your inventory.
Advanced Production to create, cost and track production of “one-off” items, custom orders and variants of standard assemblies as they move through the shop.
Material Requirements Planning enables you to plan production and purchasing weeks, months, even years in advance. Analyze your current inventory in the context of open purchase orders, work orders, manufacturing orders and sales orders. Include what-if scenarios, sales history and forecasts. Spot impending shortages and create all the required purchase orders and production orders. MRP has never been easier.
Shop Floor Control to document, estimate, and track every assembly process, allowing more accurate and up-to-date product costing than ever before possible.
Serial/Lot Tracking throughout the entire purchasing and production process, from initial receipt of materials, through subassemblies, finished goods and all the way to the end customers.
Bin Tracking enables you to maintain and count each material, sub-assembly or finished product in unique inventory sub-locations or specific containers (bins, bales, bolts, etc).
Labor Tracking provides time-sheet entry to track the elapsed time your production workers spend on each Job and Manufacturing Order, and automatically posts recorded labor resources to the appropriate Job or Order.
Bar Coding hardware and software for printing and remote collection of bar coded data, seamlessly integrated with MISys inventory control functions.
